Shea Stadium in Queens, the former home of the New York Mets.

Clue explainedFact checked

Shea Stadium was the New York Mets’ home before Citi Field replaced it in Queens in 2009, so it was once home to Mr. and Mrs. Met, the team’s mascots. The stadium opened in 1964 and was named for attorney William A. Shea, who helped bring National League baseball back to New York after the Giants and Dodgers left. Shea was demolished after the Mets’ final season there.
